( "Ju-Sheng Sustainable" ) today proudly announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU ) with Singapore's REDEX, Abundant Sustainability, and relevant Vietnamese authorities to jointly develop a renewable energy certificates ( RECs ) trading framework in Vietnam. Ju-Sheng Sustainable emphasized that REDEX ( Renewable Energy Certificates Exchange ) is one of the earliest pioneers in the RECs industry in Asia and successfully developed Asia's first RECs trading platform. REDEX is also the exclusive partner of TNBX, a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia's national energy company, Tenaga Nasional Berhad ( TNB ).
